Steil has worked as a freelance art director and designer for agencies and both international and German clients for years.
At ONGO®, Steil is the Creatice Director, making her responsible for the company's full brand identity. About herself, Steil says she always strives to achieve design with lasting impact - and that achieving means that the design has to reflect and embody what makes a particular brand or product special. Her multifaced portfolio provides ample evidence of how successful she is in accomplishing this.
Steil is a member of organizations including the Deutscher Designer Club (DDC) and is a regular jury member, presenter, and instructor in design contexts.
