Accessibility statement

This statement was last updated on August 20, 2025.

At ONGO, we are working to make our website ONGO.eu accessible to people with disabilities.

What accessibility means on the web

An accessible website enables visitors with disabilities to browse the website with the same or similar level of effort and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved using the capabilities of the system running the website and assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this website

We have adapted this website in accordance with WCAG guidelines 2.2 and made it accessible up to level AA. The content of this website has been adapted for assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboards. As part of these efforts, we have also:

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • The language of the website is set

  • The order of the pages is determined and adapted to the DOM structure of the headings

  • Clear header structures defined on all pages of the website

  • Alternative text added to images

  • Color combinations integrated that meet the required color contrast

  • The use of movements on the website reduces

  • Ensured that all videos, audio files and files on the website are accessible

Accessibility regulations in the organization

KÖHL GmbH, owner of the ONGO brand, places great importance on the accessibility of its facilities. Our offices, exhibition spaces, and production areas are equipped to be accessible to people with different needs:

  • Arrival & Access:
Accessible parking is available directly on the company premises. The location is also easily accessible by public transport.

  • Entrance areas & movement areas:
All main entrances are step-free. Movement areas in offices and production halls are generously designed, allowing unobstructed access.

  • Elevators & Orientation:
All relevant floors in the administration and exhibition areas are accessible via elevator. Guidance systems and signage are clearly visible.

  • Service areas:
Reception and consultation areas are designed to be accessible for wheelchair users.

If you have any special requirements, please contact us in advance so that we can work together to ensure the best possible support for your visit.
