Return Agreement – ONGO
1. Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.
2. Return process
1. Submit a return request – by email to info@ongo.eu
2. The buyer shall bear the direct costs of return.
3. Pack the goods – use the original packaging and ensure transport protection.
4. Send the return – return with tracking.

3. Refund
- After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be made within 14 days to the original payment method used.
- In case of damage or signs of wear, we reserve the right to deduct the value.
4. Guarantee and warranty cases
Returns under the statutory warranty or a manufacturer's guarantee are free of charge.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day
- on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods, or
- in the case of an order for several goods which are delivered separately: from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the last good, or
- in the case of delivery of goods in several partial deliveries or pieces: from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the last partial delivery or the last piece.
