ONGO - Shipping Policy
1. Scope
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through the online shop ongo.eu. It governs delivery methods, shipping costs, delivery times, and the handling of transport damage.
2. Delivery areas
- By default, we deliver within the European Union.
- Deliveries to non-EU countries are only made upon request and may be subject to additional customs and import fees.
- Delivery to PO boxes or packing stations is only possible in Germany.
3. Shipping methods and costs
- Standard shipping (insured): Shipping via reliable parcel services (e.g., DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS). Shipping costs are already included in the value of the goods and are not charged separately.
- Express shipping is not possible
*Note:* The shipping costs included in the value of the goods include VAT.
4. Delivery times
- Standard delivery time within Germany: usually 4–6 working days
- Within the EU: expected 5–10 working days
- For freight forwarding goods, delivery time on request.
Delivery delays will be communicated to the customer immediately.
5. Shipping confirmation and tracking
After the goods have been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.
1.6 Transport damage
- We ask you to inspect the goods upon delivery.
- Visible damage must be reported directly to the deliverer.
- Damage must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt to ensure smooth processing.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
