Payment options
You can pay conveniently and securely via PayPal in our online store. The following payment options are available to you:
- PayPal account: Simply log in with your PayPal account and confirm the payment.
- SEPA direct debit: You can also pay by direct debit. PayPal collects the amount directly from your bank account.
- Debit or credit card: Even without a PayPal account, you can pay via PayPal using your debit or credit card (e.g. Visa or Mastercard). Payments are also processed via PayPal.
All payments are secured by PayPal and processed in real time.
Delivery
Order processing and delivery are carried out by KÖHL GmbH. A tracking number will be sent to you in the name of KÖHL GmbH. Delivery takes place within 5-7 working days after receipt of the order, unless otherwise stated. Shipping is carried out by our logistics partner GLS. Please note that delivery is not possible to packing stations or post office boxes.
The delivery times apply to deliveries within Germany. Should unforeseeable delays occur, we will inform you immediately.
Delivery abroad
We are happy to deliver your goods to other European countries. The shipping costs are calculated automatically and may vary depending on the country. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is usually 7-14 working days. Should unforeseeable delays occur, the buyer will be informed immediately by KÖHL GmbH.
Please note that shipments to Switzerland, Norway and England may be accompanied by customs documents, which will be charged to you.
The stated delivery times apply provided that all items are in stock and no other delivery times have been specified.
Right of withdrawal for end consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Köhl GmbH, ongo@koehl.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). Please include your order number, your full name and your address so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
