The coronavirus pandemic has been a catalyst for many changes in the world of work. The coronavirus lockdown fueled what had been discussed for many years: the end of mandatory attendance. Corporate culture and the attitude of leaders were key success factors in ensuring that physical isolation did not become social isolation and that teams could continue to collaborate.
